alley off of Takutai Square

The failing afternoon light in the city centre casts a moody mix of stark shadows and isolated illumination.

I am keen to peek down alley ways for tenuous traces of a faltering sun.

In an area on the north side of Customs Street, connecting that street with Takutai Square, a pedestrian alley way shimmers one last time before its nocturnal slumber.
