observation platform - Silo Park

I've yet to learn the proper name for this structure in Silo Park. Calling it an observation platform might suffice as a suitable placeholder.

Stretching a city block and standing three storeys in height the platform grants a commanding view of Silo Park and the waterfront.

Awash nightly in green, red or blue light the steel girder structure resonates with the industrial past of the district - call it industrial chic.

Think of it as a gangplank to nowhere, but a structure nonetheless rich in aesthetic appeal and function.
